About the Role
You will step into a central role where IT and information systems initiatives need clear direction, strong coordination, and steady delivery. In this assignment, you will lead a portfolio of projects and programs in a complex environment with many stakeholders, dependencies, and changing priorities.
You will work close to both business and delivery teams to create structure, maintain momentum, and ensure that projects move forward according to agreed expectations for time and quality. The role combines hands-on project leadership with a broader portfolio perspective, where you help balance priorities, manage risk, and strengthen governance across several initiatives. It is a strong opportunity for you who enjoy influencing both delivery and ways of working in a role with wide impact.
Job DescriptionYou will lead IT and IS projects and programs from initiation through execution and follow-up.
You will coordinate stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to keep delivery aligned and moving forward.
You will drive project portfolio planning and help translate business priorities into clear execution plans.
You will monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives and take action when adjustments are needed.
You will act as an escalation point for project-related challenges and support timely decision-making.
You will contribute to the development of project management methods, governance, and portfolio processes.
RequirementsYou have proven experience in IT and information systems project and program management.
You are confident in stakeholder management and know how to create alignment across different functions and interests.
You have experience working with project portfolios, governance, and risk management.
You can manage several parallel initiatives in a complex environment without losing structure or focus.
You are comfortable driving delivery, following up on dependencies, and handling project-related escalations.
