We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager to define and drive the long-term strategic direction and commercial success of our treatment planning system RayStation. About the job 
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy by combining market insight, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define product vision, positioning, and strategic priorities, ensuring that RayStation continues to deliver value for customers and remains at the forefront of innovation. 
You will drive strategic and commercial initiatives to strengthen market positioning and long-term profitability. You will also manage and coordinate deliverables across functions, ensuring execution and completion. 
You will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy department and report to the Director of the department. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across sales, service, development, regulatory, and senior management. 
Your main tasks 
Responsible for market, customer, and competitor analysis, including identifying trends, emerging technologies, and unmet customer needs within radiation oncology 
Develop a deep understanding of the treatment planning landscape, including clinical workflows, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and future industry trends 
Synthesize insights from internal and external sources into clear recommendations and strategic actions 
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to define product vision, positioning, and strategic priorities for RayStation 
Provide strategic input to product roadmap prioritization and direction, ensuring alignment across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders 
Support the evaluation of new technologies, treatment techniques, and clinical innovations that may influence future product strategy 
Contribute to pricing and packaging models in collaboration with Sales and Legal 
Enable and guide go-to-market activities, including defining messaging, value propositions, and proof points 
Support commercial initiatives that translate product strategy into revenue impact and strengthened market position 
Participate in customer-facing activities such as product demonstrations, workshops, congresses, advisory boards, and roadshows 
Support evaluation of potential partnerships and acquisitions, including strategic fit and market impact 
Contribute to market entry strategies and competitive positioning initiatives 
Define product marketing needs and provide guidance to Marketing and Sales on content, positioning, and high-impact platforms 
Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure alignment between commercial and regulatory strategy 

Your profile 
You have a strong strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in radiation oncology. You are able to translate complex clinical, technical, and market insights into clear strategic recommendations and business opportunities. 
You are comfortable working across functions and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from medical physicists and clinicians to senior business leaders. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach and have a strong drive to create meaningful business impact. 
You communicate clearly and can structure complex information in a way that creates alignment and drives decision-making. 
Experience & skills 
BSc or MSc in Medical Physics, Clinical Science, Radiotherapy Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration
A minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience working as a Medical Physicist, Clinical Scientist, Dosimetrist, or equivalent role within Radiation Oncology
Strong understanding of external beam radiotherapy workflows, heavy ion and treatment planning processes 
Experience with treatment planning systems and modern radiotherapy techniques including adaptive therapy, heavy ion planning, VMAT and other advanced planning techniques
Or a minimum of 5 years working in roles involving strategic or commercial product work, product management, business development, clinical applications, or similar functions
Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and/or product or portfolio-related activities 
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders 
Very good command of English, spoken and written
